The Soy Linseed Rye Sourdough packs a flavoursome punch with a combination of soy and rye flours, kibbled soy and linseed. The sourdough process the loaf undergoes enhances the flavours even more, all combining to produce a loaf high in soluble fibre and essential omega-3 fatty acids, whilst maintaining a low glycemic index.
