The Organic 7 Grain Sourdough loaf is infused with the goodness of BARLEYmax™ and seven other grains; rolled oats, kibble, sunflower kernels, linseed, sesame, poppy and pumpkin seeds. With a very low glycemic index and high fibre content, toasted slices of 7 Grain are an excellent way to start the day. It can be served with any sweet or savoury accompaniment and is just as delicious eaten on its own.
